Donald H Menzel



Director of the Harvard College Observatory, he is chiefly remembered for his dismissive statements and books on UFOs, all of which, he said, could be explained in mundane terms.

He was allegedly part of the infamous Majestic-12 panel and is role was that of an astronomical consultant.

He was deeply involved with the National Security Agency, and help a Top Secret Ultra security clearance.
